Bringing the entrepreneurial spirit to her customers, what Trish values most is helping her clients tell a story in fun and creative ways. Her goal in creating this company was to bring together like minded event professionals that understand when teamwork comes firs, the profits will follow.


Passionate about industry education, she is a regular educator on the topics of event tech, corporate culture and customer service.

Entering into the hospitality and meetings industry in 1996, Trish has worked worldwide with brands such as InterContinental Hotels, American Express, IBM and Morgan Stanley on events ranging from 5-5000 people. 
Named among the 2019 TOP 25 most influential planners by Successful Meetings and Conventions Magazine, 2020 BizBash Top Influencer, and has been in the industry for well over 20 years on both buyer and supplier sides.  

She hosts a YouTube show called Trish.O, is a national speaker (Catch Trish during her presentation at CaterSource), and is the 2020-21 President of the Washington DC Chapter of NACE.

 She enjoys working with many high profile clients, but her favorite part of being in this industry is connecting authentically with those around her. She is proud to be known as the event planner that other event pros hire, and believes your should love your event as much as you love the reason for it.
