Naisha Restrepo-Balay
Manager of All Things Logistics
I graduate with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Buffalo State College in Hospitality Administration. After graduating, I continued working within the hospitality industry gaining more experience in catering and events which led me to becoming the special events coordinator for the non-profit Milagros Day Worldwide which served in creating events for domestic violence awareness. While working with Milagros Day, I also wrote for an online magazine covering many events from the Havana Film Festival in NYC to round tables with political figures. I have years of experience to bring to this position as I previously worked at New York University where I served as the Event Manager of Special Events and Operations at the Kimmel Center for University Life. In my previous role I coordinated and oversaw hundreds of departmental, student, and external events. These events ranged from small business meetings, award ceremonies, multi-day conferences, along with galas and events as large as the annual All-University Commencement at Yankee Stadium. I’m looking forward to working with the team and bringing my experience in managing the logistics for your event!
